Small, useful listings

We accept startups based in India or Indian-founded, supported by public information. A listing includes its name, website, short description, category and subcategory. Other is always available. Suggestions are reviewed before new categories are added.

Review and corrections

Submissions are not published automatically. We check factual descriptions and website suitability. Inclusion is not endorsement, government affiliation, regulatory approval or verification of fundraising claims. We may request changes, reject misleading submissions or remove unsafe websites. Report a listing through its profile when the collection opens.

Public information and private receipts

Submitting a listing sends those fields to Cloudflare for review. Approved information becomes public. Receipt tokens are secret; only a hash is retained. A receipt checks submission status and does not prove ownership of the business. Avoid personal or confidential information in descriptions.

Logos

We inspect website-declared icons during review, keep a small optimized copy when appropriate, and use initials otherwise. Visiting the directory does not load images from startup websites. Logos remain the property of their owners. Requests about inaccurate listings or logo use are reviewed for correction or removal.

Bookmarks and upvotes

Bookmarks stay locally in this browser. On a first upvote, we set a secure first-party browser identifier cookie. We retain a keyed hash to allow one vote per listing per browser and an undo action. Votes count browsers, not verified people; clearing cookies or using another browser can bypass this limit. We do not sell votes or represent them as customer reviews.

Retention and abuse prevention

Abandoned pending submissions are removed after 90 days and rejected submissions after 30 days. Resolved reports are removed after 12 months. Approved listings and associated votes remain while listed. Provider IP addresses may be used transiently for rate limiting; this application does not persist them. Security checks may contact Cloudflare Turnstile. Tool files and private workspace content are never submitted with directory forms.
