- Review potential matches carefully and note the bank and reference provided. Similar names alone do not establish ownership.
- Contact the relevant bank through an independently verified channel for its claim or reactivation requirements.
- Keep the bank’s acknowledgement and copies of the evidence it requests. Follow the bank’s own decision and grievance process.
