Take it step by step
- Start at NSP and read the instructions for your scheme and academic year. Check eligibility, the application window and the institution-verification process.
- Follow the portal’s OTR route with your own active contact details. Enter identity information only on the official portal.
- An OTR is a registration step. Return to the scholarship application route and select the scheme you actually qualify for.
- Prepare only the evidence requested by that scheme. Check spelling across institution, bank and identity records before submitting.
- Review the application preview, save the acknowledgement and check the official status. Follow up with the responsible institution if verification is pending.
A situation to try.
A student has an OTR number but no submitted scholarship form. The next task is to locate the relevant scheme and complete its application—not to create another OTR or assume payment is on its way.
