Take it step by step
- Locate the consignment reference on the posting receipt or sender’s official confirmation.
- Open India Post’s official website and choose Track ’N Trace.
- Enter the reference on the official tracking service, not on IndiaDigital.
- Read the dated events in order and check that the reference matches your parcel.
- Use the official support or complaint route if the result needs clarification. Keep the receipt until the issue is resolved.
A situation to try.
A sender’s order number may differ from the postal consignment reference. Use the reference provided for the postal service rather than repeatedly trying an unrelated shop order ID.

- Check the gov.in hostname before entering delivery details.
- Read event dates rather than relying on one copied status label.
- Avoid sharing a screenshot containing names, addresses or references publicly.

IndiaDigital does not query postal records or promise delivery dates. A tracking event needs to be interpreted using India Post’s current guidance.
